A top ten list is a great way to acknowledge the highlights of your year as you look ahead. So now that the new year is well underway, why not create your own top ten list of the best of the past year? Here are five ideas to help you get started.
Now it’s your turn. Focus on the positive. It’s easy to make a top ten list of the things that were bad this past year. Looking for the negative is easy, but you want to rewire your brain to look for the positive. So avoid false praise, sarcasm or any other negative behaviours or thoughts as you review 2016.
